Get With The Guidelines®– Stroke is an in-hospital program for improving stroke care by promoting consistent adherence to the latest scientific treatment guidelines. Numerous published studies demonstrate the program’s success in achieving measurable patient outcome improvements.
Following evidence-based guidelines improves outcomes. These tools and resources make it easier to provide consistent quality care.
Recognizing Rural Hospital Awardees
All rural hospitals participating in Get With The Guidelines Stroke, Coronary Artery Disease and Heart Failure are eligible.
These hospitals met achievement criteria for the Get With The Guidelines programs in stroke and/or coronary artery disease. Awards for Get With The Guidelines- Heart Failure will be announced in 2025.
