In a small bowl, whisk together cider, oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper until well combined. -
In a medium bowl, combine apples, chicken, avocados, celery, walnuts, and raisins; toss gently with dressing. -
Divide salad and spoon on top of romaine leaves.
